This drawing show a technical cut of the First Rolleiflex, The first 6x6 TLR camera, a totally revolutionnary concept who launch the new area of lightweit, and practical medium format.
This camera was and still is really popular amongst portraits and street photographers. The periscopic finder, the lightweight format and the classic style of this camera makes it really enjoyable to use. A classic and one of the most important cameras of all time ! This drawing display a cut of the First Rolleiflex, The Rolleiflex 6x6 Type "K1" from the first year of production, 1929. It is also known as "Model 613", corresponding of the bath of production.
